All Constellations were chronometers and feature a caseback medallion with an observatory and 8 stars signifying the 8 awards Omega won prior. Gerald Genta designed these “Connies” and this one is particularly collectible with the trifecta of a pie pan dial, dog-leg lugs and crosshair dial graphic. The headline here is the Meister stamp, a rare subset of these dials that were co-signed with one of Europe’s foremost jewellers\/watch retailers. Sharp case lines, bevels and edges. Original signed crystal has fine marks barely visible. Signed crown is original Omega but a replacement item; a common practicality due to scarcity. Dial has some mild age spots. Hands, indices and dial text super clean. Aftermarket bracelet has notable stretch but remains in perfectly usable condition.
